Spoilers for some things close to the end of GreedFall (but not as close as you might think)

Butch:

Well, went back to see if Hikmet guy had anything to say about anything and good thing I did because I FINALLY got that "clean out Aphra's master's lab" quest you alluded to earlier.

No one is likable, are they?  I like the natives.  Maybe that's the point.

Now...I'm assuming that the "trial" you didn't get to do in Hikmet is this particular dude, yes?  I will also not do that trial, as I didn't trust Hikmet to exact any sort of justice on the guy, so I shot him.  The governor did NOT like that, and I lost ten points with them, and he said "I hope I never see you again."  Probably bad diplomacy, but not sorry.
I was going to give the crown thing to Duncass, as I usually like wisdom, but I think I may be leaning towards Diedre and war now cuz fuck these guys.

How was it different if you spared dudes?

Feminina:

If you leave him alive, he has a trial, and you have to persuade a bunch of different people to be witnesses against him. Which I did.

And then I don't know what happened, because I couldn't find the actual trial. Maybe I had to wait longer than I had the patience to wait.

Butch:

Ah.  I just shot the guy.  The main Hikmet guy was very displeased.  I'm a lousy diplomat.

But I have a girlfriend.  So there.

Game doesn't end. Met talky tree guy. Thought it would be the endgame.

Wasn't.

Now I'm tracking Theleme scouts.

Game is long.

Feminina:

It is long. Like you, I kept thinking I was getting close to the end, and then there would be more stuff.

But you're getting there.

Butch:

I know!  This is not the first time I've thought "Ah, OK, endgame."  Shit, right before I was going to talk to the tree, I told my loving family "Could you please be quiet?  This is the last scene of my game."

But then, it wasn't.

Which is fine because they weren't quiet.

I hope it wraps up soon as it's getting a little loosey goosey with the themeage.  I thought we were talking about colonialism here, game.  Now it's an environmental parable?

Uh....both?  Neither?

Wrap it up before you trip on yourself, game.
