Spoilers for minor early plot points in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

Feminina:

I finally did this, and it turns out it's not the mystic who gives you assassination options...you have to do the "talk to the king" bit.

Butch:

I did that last night, too!  Weird dream, wasn't it?

I stopped right when I had to chase a spy.

I kinda loved her putting the blade on the outside of her arm, them telling her it's wrong, and her all "why would I hide it?"

Good point.

Oh, and played the dice game and, unfortunately, I loved it.

Not quite gwent, but I'll likely waste a lot of time playing it.

Did you learn about flyting? The tutorial guy is there by the long house.

Feminina:

I enjoyed the flyting, but couldn't make anything of the dice game and decided to stop rather than invest time learning it that would then, best case scenario, only pay off in more time spend NOT exploring mountains or murdering dudes.

The assassin blade bit was funny, but as Mr. O' noted, it does kind of diminish the mystique if all it takes to be an assassin is a cool weapon.

Years of training? Ancient mystical tradition? Whatever.

I mean, she was clearly born for this given her uncanny bond with her raven, and I suppose Basim could tell thar by looking at her or something. And it's not as though Edward's connection to the ancient tradition weren't equally tenuous in Black Flag.

Butch:

Oh they obviously were there for her. I get the sense that sigmund was just a way to get evior.   There's something special about her.

Sigmund is gonna be pissed he's not the special one.
