It's one of those chance unsure pictures, photographs, when you don't know if it will be of any interest, to anyone, or not. You see it, and you think, Oh Gosh! That looks striking! What with that sunlight. Shall I grab my camera?...
Yes, but would anyone else like to see it?
Or, is it just a momentary thing, that a photo wouldn't really communicate anything, to a viewer? A kind of 'So what?' photograph.
Mind you, there are so many 'So what?' photographs around, it wouldn't really matter much, would it?
No... Just, take it!...

'It's very orange, isn't it'?
'I suppose so.'
'Or, a sort of, brown'?
'Possibly.'
'Curtains, eh? That will be the sun, in the background, then'?
'I don't see why not...'
'It's a window sill'?
'Seems like one.'
'It looks, very, orange.'
'You said that, earlier.'
'I know... Are they, plants... in small pots?'
'Privet.'
'Privet?... Like in a hedge'?
'Yes, there are gaps in my privet hedge, and I asked, a chap...'
'A chap?...'
'Yes, a chap. He was in next door's garden. He said, to get something called rooting powder, and some little pots, and grab some cuttings, and...'
'If only there was some, other colour in it'!
'What do you mean'?
'Well, to break up the, orange, a bit.'
'Too much orange, eh'?
'I think so... privet... so they are there, catching the sunlight. Will they grow'?
'I don't know...'
'Do you water them'?
'Oh, regularly...'
'Too much of the same, really, you know - for a good photograph...'
'Orange... So you say... You are probably right...'
'They are, in fact, shadows...'
'I think so...'
'I like the surrounding dark edges, though...'
'Do you'?
'Yes... And, I can't seem to stop, looking at it. I've seen much worse pictures...'
'Really'?
'Hm...'
'Fancy a cup of tea'?
'Alright...'
