Everybody wants white teeth.
There are so many products that promise to make your teeth whiter. I mentioned a few of them before. However, none seem to leave a lasting impact.
Then my wife's hygienist gave us a tip. Many of you may already know this, but I'm embarrassed to admit I didn't.
It turns out you shouldn't rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. Not with water, not even with mouthwash.
Not only does it not help, but it stops the toothpaste from doing its job.
I have tried this for over 6 months now. I used to get coffee stains shortly after my hygienist visit. I don't get them anymore.
So if, like me, you didn't know this - give it a shot!
