But first...
Dulltown, UK: Today's dictionary word is, Klinostat.
A revolving stand for experimenting with growing plants.

Yes, minimal.
Meaning - not a great deal in it.
I took this photograph last September, one early evening, as I was walking home from Dulltown centre. I went right past it, actually through it, having half noticed the elements involved - and then I paused, thought for a moment, and walked back, deciding that I might as well get my camera out and snap it, just in case it would look good... in some way... and to be of interest... to someone.

Hm, what do you think, dear reader?
It was a pretty good idea getting the can to be right up in the corner of the frame, wasn't it? And of course, the can is also bright red. Quite eye-catching, I suppose. Everything else in the thing is grey grey grey.
It's not the kind of photograph that you get on the cover of a trendy glossy photographic magazine, is it?
Yes, yes, I hear what you are thinking - yes, there is a slope to the ground, the pavement, we are on a hill - hence the directions of the runnels. That's a very good word!... Runnels!
Diagonal, is a good word, too. See the use of the striking diagonal in the composition... Hm...
'Oh, stop it, Dave! You are just trying to make this thing, seem interesting, when it isn't'!
Well, it's not that bad a photograph. Is it?...
'Yes, it's a pretty dull one'!
Alright, but it is staying there! I'm not deleting it - somebody, might like it! You don't see many pictures, like this!...
