Fowler is probably best known for his Bryant & May series of detective novels, but across his long career he penned many genre novels, novellas and short stories winning multiple British Fantasy Awards, and wrote the War of the Worlds videogame for Sir Patrick Stewart and Paramount. Christopher Robert Fowler 3 score & 10 1953-2023 His sparkle, joy and humour are gone, but remain in my heart and his work. What a remarkable person we all shared.
