After a high calorie/ high caffeine binge yesterday, I had trouble falling asleep and had to get up to go to the bathroom even more than usual.
Once I got up, I felt better than I have in weeks. At the exercise room, I went 13.7 miles on the elliptical machine in 79 minutes for 750 calories. I didn't break 10 miles any day last week.
So far, I've done 71 push-ups and leg lifts. Somebody in better shape could do that in 15 minutes but it's the best I've done since at least March.
I felt like quitting last night but I must be on my second wind. Maybe refined sugar and caffeine will save my diet. Next week I'll see if smoking helps.
