Got something? Or are we going to be on nudity and show tunes before lunch?
Or both? I suppose those aren't mutually exclusive.

Showtunes by lunch. Mr. O' was playing Diablo.
Siiiiiiigh.
I have this comment on Diablo IV, from Mr. O' (and confirmed by me having watched them both in action): the gameplay is extremely similar to that of Minecraft Dungeons.
Basically it's run around, hit things, pick up loot, which could really describe any number of games, but they really do have a weirdly similar "look" when watching someone play them.
Make of that what you will. Probably nothing.
Butch:
Oh Diablo has always been run around, hit things, get loot. Oddly, the first Diablo was the only AAA game that Mrs. McP played to completion. She really liked hitting stuff and pickup up loot. Now, make of that what you will. Given that, I'm kind of surprised that Mr. O was tempted to play it, or that it's holding his attention.
Feminina:
Diablo IS extremely good-looking (as pretty much every big or even medium sized game is now). Beautiful detail in landscapes, individual swaying blades of grass, etc. Huge map to explore. And I guess there's a story, even if it's secondary to running around, hitting things, and getting loot.
Not my thing, but more power to anyone who wants to play it.
Butch:
Oh I never begrudge people their games. We do love games, and we don't play the vast majority of them. That's cool.
Not my thing either, though.
Feminina:
It takes all kinds.
Why, baffling though it is to consider, I hear there are even weirdos out there who aren't continually on the lookout for hot naked lizards when playing!
Ha.
Butch:
Or sorceresses!
Though there are likely more of those people than the lizard people.
I feel so boring. So trite. So common.
Feminina:
You may feel better if you frame it as "near-universal" or "in touch with the zeitgeist."
Butch:
Fair. I'm trendy.
Hell, I set the trend. Before all this Game of Thrones, Witcher on Netflix shit, there was Morrigan. There was Jaheira (and Aerie, who you might meet if we get to BG2).
